By submitting an inquiry for a wholesale catalog or coffee samples, you represent that you are a business entity or a professional representative of one. BeanCo.asia reserves the right to refuse service or sample requests to individuals or entities that do not meet our B2B partnership criteria.

4. Hyperlinking to our Content

We welcome links from professional organizations, including:

Government agencies and Coffee Trade Associations.
Search engines and News organizations.
System-wide Accredited Businesses and Online Directories.
Professional Coffee Roasters and Specialty Coffee Publications.

No use of the BeanCo logo or artwork will be allowed for linking without a formal trademark license agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to ensure that the information regarding our Colombian coffee origins, cupping scores (SCA 85+ points), and technical specs is correct, we do not warrant its absolute completeness. Coffee is a seasonal agricultural product; therefore, availability, pricing, and specific flavor profiles are subject to change based on harvest cycles.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosechacol Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website.

Note on Trade: All physical coffee sales, exports from Colombia (CIF/FOB), and logistics agreements are governed by separate, signed Sales Contracts and Wholesale Agreements. The information on this website does not constitute a binding offer to sell until a formal quote is issued.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
